Just like you, I have searched differences regarding the 6.4 and 6.5 versions, but there aren't any available. The official website, doesn't provide any information at all. The only way you could obtain the details about the versions released is through the developer.

I have checked the official website, but WinLab32 for AA doesn't appear to be available anymore. A search query shows the software, but the link to its page is broken. At this time, the only way to obtain additional information is through the Contacts section. Access the Contacts page and use the available emails and phone numbers to reach the developers.
